LEAD4CHANGE MASTERCLASS

The Lead4Change Innovators Initiative seeks to promote creativity and innovation among individuals to birth solutions to present-day challenges in their communities, whilst bringing young innovators together to lead change through problem solving and to challenge themselves to contribute to nation building – to the Nigeria that they want and deserve.

The masterclass is geared towards a mindset change in the lives of young individuals who are socially conscious and impact driven, who have seen the challenges in their communities and willing and committed to socio-economic development. These category of individuals are tired of pushing the blame to other individuals or government and have decided to be proactive by not only birthing innovative and sustainable ideas to the situations around them but are willing to be a part of the Nigeria they desire to see thereby leading change.

This masterclass will equip social innovator with mindset, competences and tools to tackle some of the world’s greatest threats especially by working more collaboratively in order to have sustainable impact at scale as partnerships are essential for innovative solutions in the social sector. The way in which social innovators work with communities, governments, funders and each other has undergone a rapid paradigm shift, with results that might not have been achievable in the same timescale at any other period in our history.

This shift has spurred this masterclass whilst clamoring for the birth of social entrepreneurs and innovators from all sectors who share the common goal of creating innovative, collaborative, and action-orientated approaches to accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.
